We do not store credit card details.

3.3 Refunds

Unless required by law, all purchases—subscriptions, credits, and digital services—are non-refundable due to the nature of digital AI usage.

3.4 Automatic Renewal

Paid plans may automatically renew unless you cancel prior to the next billing cycle.

4. Use of AI Services

AI Valy provides access to AI tools including but not limited to:

  • AI text generation

  • AI rewriting and editing

  • Image generation and transformation

  • Voice synthesis and speech tools

  • Image/video processing

  • File chat and document analysis

You agree not to misuse these services, including but not limited to:

  • Generating harmful, illegal, or abusive content

  • Violating copyright or intellectual property laws

  • Attempting to circumvent usage limits

  • Using the Service to impersonate individuals

  • Submitting personal data without proper consent

  • Uploading malicious code or harmful files

We reserve the right to restrict or block content that violates our policies.

5. User Content

5.1 Ownership

You retain ownership of any content you submit (“User Content”).

5.2 License to AI Valy

By using the Service, you grant us a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free license to process your content solely for:

  • Running AI models

  • Providing the Service

  • Improving performance

  • Compliance and moderation

We do not claim ownership, and we do not use User Content to train AI models.

5.3 Responsibility

You are responsible for all content you upload, generate, or publish through the platform.

6. AI Output Disclaimer

AI outputs may:

  • Contain inaccuracies

  • Produce unexpected results

  • Include errors or hallucinations

  • Not be suitable for professional use

AI Valy provides no guarantees about the accuracy or reliability of AI-generated content.
You use the outputs at your own risk.

7. Prohibited Activities

You agree not to use AI Valy for:

  • Illegal or unlawful activities

  • Harassment, abuse, or harmful behavior

  • Creating misleading, fraudulent, or deceptive content

  • Generating explicit or inappropriate content

  • Violating third-party privacy or intellectual property rights

  • Attempting to reverse-engineer the platform

  • Scraping, mining, or automated extraction of data

  • Circumventing usage limits or security measures

We may suspend or terminate your account for violations.

8. Third-Party Integrations

AI Valy may integrate with third-party services including:

  • AI vendors (OpenAI, Google, Anthropic, Stability AI)

  • Payment processors

We are not responsible for the privacy practices or policies of those providers.

9. Service Availability & Modifications

We may modify, update, or discontinue any part of the Service at any time, including:

  • Subscription plans

  • Credit structures

  • Pricing

We are not liable for interruptions, outages, or service changes.

10. Termination

We may suspend or terminate your access if:

  • You violate these Terms

  • You misuse the Service

You may also delete your account at any time.

Upon termination:

  • Credits and subscriptions are not refunded

  • We are not responsible for losses caused by AI-generated content

  • Your use of the Service is at your own risk

If liability cannot be excluded, it is limited to the amount you paid in the last 6 months.

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless AI Valy from claims arising out of:

  • Your violation of these Terms

These Terms are governed by the laws of the United States and the State of Florida, without regard to conflict-of-law principles.
